About the Campaign
My Runner Story
I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2018, where I was a cheerleader for 4 years. I was a heavy set guy all through college, until my Senior year. I began running to better my health, but after college and cheerleading was over, it became my outlet – I developed a passion for it. Running is when I have the clearest head space; I think about how I can be better, how I can help others. I think about those who can’t – that is what drives me to push my body and mind to places that most won’t.
The MS Run the US – Relay is America’s first, only and longest annual relay run across America. We do this epic 3,260 mile run to STOP MS!
The Relay begins each year in April in Santa Monica, CA and finishes in August in New York, NY. All of our Relay runners are hand- selected via anonline application process to participate as one of 19 individuals on our relay team. Logan begins his 141 mile journey in Valparaiso, IN on July 20, 2021 and will end in Van Wert, OH!
To participate, each runner commits to fundraising $10,000 and to running 160-miles over 6 days during his or her assigned relay segment. There are 19 segments total panning from California to New York. Each runner’s segment is coordinated back-to-back with their teammates in an effort to run 3,260-miles in 4.5 months. Crazy, huh?!
